Relationship Counseling

I respect that it takes a lot for two people to decide together that they would benefit from outside help in navigating their relationship. I will work with you both to build trust, improve communication, and help you understand where and why you are getting stuck.

I provide therapy to all different types of relationships:

I work with issues such as:

  • Communication breakdown

  • Consensual non-monogamy and polyamory

  • Secret keeping, including infidelity or affairs

  • Ending a relationship with intention & thoughtfulness

  • Working together through difficult external circumstances

Fees & Insurance

Relationship or Couples counseling: $250 per session

I do not accept insurance at this time. At your request, I can provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential out of network coverage. I encourage you to first call your insurance carrier to verify your coverage. These questions may be helpful when you call:

  • Does my plan include mental health benefits for out of network providers?

  • Do I have a deductible for out of network care, and how much, if any, has been met?

  • How much will be reimbursed if my therapist bills the CPT code 90837-95 (this indicates 60 minutes of teletherapy)

  • How long does reimbursement take after I submit a superbill?
